Allan Harding

Allan is a property developer, investor, and entrepreneur who bridges the gap between complex finance and practical execution. After successfully exiting a London-based IT M&A consultancy, Allan transitioned from corporate deal-making to property development. He quickly realised that the biggest barrier for developers wasn't finding sites—it was securing the right capital structure.

Frustrated by brokers who didn't understand the realities of construction, Allan founded Berkley Place to be the financial partner he wished he had: agile, transparent, and relentlessly focused on execution.
